Return Policy
We want you to be happy with every product in your order. We also want you to know that every item in your order is fresh and has never been used by anyone else. We hope you understand that's why we don't accept returns.
However, if your package arrives with one of our products damaged, please email us at [email protected] letting us know. Include a photo of the damaged product within 72 hours of receipt.
Once we receive your email we can either replace the product or refund the amount you paid for it. Because we are a very small shop and make small batches, your item may not be available for replacement but a refund is always available and a credit will be provided on the same card you used to make the purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will not be considered in the refund amount.
